They have helped bring the train to where it is today. To date, a five figure sum has already been spent on the 3-car set in transport, parts, materials, labour and professional repairs.
BUT the train needs more, even though there are individuals and organisations that have done everything they can to help, it is still an astronomically expensive project and without the required level of funding it will face difficulties in the future and donating is one way of preventing this.
We have set our target at a sum that will allow repairs to be completed on 76818 and cover transport costs to rejoin the rest of the unit.
